My client, a multinational manufacturer or consumer electronics with revenues of $30 Billion, are seeking a Global Risk Manager to set up a Global Risk Framework and establish processes that enable Risk Management oversight on Key business divisions. This is an excellent career an opportunity for a Risk professional to build a Risk function within a Global organisation. The role is based in Shanghai


  • Work with the leadership team to define a Risk Management framework
  • Develop external risk environment scanning and analysis process and capability, including Economic and Social change
  • Collaborate with division and business units counterparts to identify key risks facing the business,
  • Execute specific risk incident investigation and evaluation assignments;
  • Support regular risk related management report and update initiatives.
  • Build and lead a team dedicated to Risk


Ideal candidate requirements:

  • Bachelor or Master degree in finance, economic, management or actuarial science;
  • 5 years+ experience in risk management or macro or micro economic study in large corporation, financial institutions and consulting firms;
  • Strong analytical ability on domestic and international social, public policy and economic environment;
  • Team player with growth mindset, keen to develop and learn;
  • Prefer to have strong English language ability
