KPP Search are currently representing a global Fortune 500 organisation, who are growing their Financial Risk practice for the APAC region. They are seeking a Regional Operational Risk Manager to join this function, based in Hong Kong.
Responsibilities:
- Support the Senior Director of Operational Risk Management to deliver the Operational Risk Framework
- Support the Senior Director of Operational Risk Management to deliver Operational Risk Capital assessment.
- Identify, mitigate and review Operational Risk incidents across the APAC region
- Provides risk knowledge on the business process and (inherent) non-financial risks
- Keep up to date of industry threats, trends and issues, and ensure Risk management framework is in line with industry and international best practice
Requirements:
- 8+ year’s experience within the Financial Services industry, including extensive exposure within Operational Risk
- Commitment to travel 20% regionally
