Senior Internal Audit Manager

We are representing a Tier 1 financial services business based in Sydney, with excellent profitability and strong international reputation.

My client is looking for a Senior Internal Audit Manager to join their group function. You will be responsible for leading and managing global internal audits; covering investments, prudential and compliance reviews and financial standards. The reporting line is into the global COA, who you will work closely with. This institution has an excellent track record of offering career growth within internal audit and the wider business. 

Responsibilities:

• Plan, manage and close internal audits covering prudential  regulatory and operations
• Work with the Head of Audit to identify key resources 
• Manage pool of auditors on a project basis 
• Ability to travel internationally 

Requirements:

• 7  Years +  internal auidt or BIG 4 audit experience gained within banking or FS
• Experience managing and closing audits 
• Have the ability to work with C-level excutives. 
• Knowledge of prudential standards would be advantageous
